First Weber Group, in partnership with Great Dane Development, wanted to create a website for The Colony Condominiums that conveyed a sense of community and elegance.
Solution
IQ Foundry was selected to design and develop an informative and experience-rich website for the new Colony Condominiums to be located at 625 E. Mifflin Street here in beautiful downtown Madison, WI.
The Colony website features an interactive Community Map that highlights local restaurants, stores, and arts & entertainment venues, and an interactive Floorplans Browser provides a quick and easy way to navigate through The Colony's 66 upscale condominium homes.
The Colony Condominiums website represents the next step in developing locally significant real-estate websites. Not only are the units themselves the showcase of the site, but visitors can get a sense for the community and culture that surrounds their potential new home.
